Twenty-five people charged criminally in Ashland County in May (2)

ASHLAND — The following criminal charges were filed in May with the Ashland County Common Pleas Court.

Indictments

The following 25 people were the subject of an indictment and have or will appear before the Ashland County Court of Common Pleas:

  • Nicholas Joseph Acevedo, 43, of Wooster received one charge of domestic violence and one charge of intimidation. Both charges were filed May 7 by the Loudonville Police Department in connection to incidents authorities say happened May 4.
  • Susan Carver, 72, of Perrysville, received one charge of strangulation and one charge of domestic violence. The charges, filed May 30 by the Ashland County Sheriff’s Department, are connected to an incident authorities say happened May 29.
  • Marshall Crawford, 43, of Mansfield, was charged with possession of cocaine. The charges was filed May 10 by an Ashland County grand jury in connection to an incident authorities say happened April 11.
  • Eugenii Borisovich Farber, 38, of Macedonia, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs. The Ohio State Highway Patrol filed the charges May 7, in connection to an incident authorities say happened May 6.
  • Colten Flannery, 23, of Ashland, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs. The charge, filed May 23 by the Ashland Police Department, was connected to an incident authorities say happened May 21.
  • Ryan Flickinger, 40, of Ashland, received one charge of aggravated possession of drugs and one charge of possessing criminal tools. Both charges were filed May 10 by an Ashland County grand jury. The charges connect to incidents authorities say happened March 1.
  • Zachary Gloeckner, 18, of Columbus, received one charge for failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer. Gloeckner also received a charge for tampering with evidence. Both charges, filed May 14 by the Ashland Police Department, are connected to incidents authorities say happened May 12.
  • Trent Grant, 18, of Ashland, received one charge of corrupting another with drugs, and one charge of trafficking in marijuana. An Ashland County grand jury filed both charges May 10. The charges connect to incidents authorities say happened April 9.
  • Brandon Haines, 25, of Painesville, was charged with felonious assault. The charge, filed May 14 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol, was in connection to an incident authorities say happened May 11.
  • Jacob Houser, 36, of West Salem, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs. The charge, filed May 10 by the Ashland Police Department, was in connection to an incident authorities say happened May 8.
  • Russell Huffman, 42, of Ashland, received one charge of trespassing in a habitation when a person is present or likely to be present. Huffman also received a charge for public indecency. Both charges were filed by an Ashland County grand jury on May 10. Both charges were connected to incidents authorities say happened from July 23, 2023, through August 6, 2023.
  • Daniel Konrady, 39, of Ashland, received one charge for failure to provide notice of change of address, and one charge for failure to register. Both are requirements for Konrady thanks to a 2009 conviction for attempted unlawful sexual contact with a minor, according to court documents. An Ashland County grand jury filed the charges May 10. The incident for failure to provide notice of a change of address took place between December 26, 2023, to April 30, authorities say. The charge for failure to register is connected to an incident that took place April 6, according to authorities.
  • Jo’Coste Lane, 37, of Lakeville, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs. The charge, filed May 1 by the Ashland County Sheriff’s Office, was in connection to an incident authorities say happened the same day.
  • April Parks, 44, of Ashland, was charged with cruelty to companion animals. The Ashland County Sheriff’s Office filed the charge May 2, in connection with an incident authorities say happened April 30.
  • Jason Poston, 44, of Ashland, was charged with possession of a fentanyl-related compound. An Ashland County grand jury filed the charge May 10. It connected to an incident authorities say happened March 1.
  • Jennifer Reeder, 44, of Ashland, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs. The charge was filed May 20 by the Ashland Police Department. It connected to an incident authorities say happened May 19.
  • Rhonda Rhineberger, 48, of Shelby, received a charge of aggravated possession of drugs. The Ashland Police Department filed the charge May 20, in connection to an incident authorities say happened May 17.
  • Richard Roby, 52, of Ashtabula, received a charge of aggravated possession of drugs. The Ashland Police Department filed the charge May 10, in connection to an incident authorities say happened May 8.
  • Josh Sexton, 27, of Shelby, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs. The charge, filed May 20 by the Ashland Police Department, was connected to an incident authorities say happened May 17.
  • Trebor Simon, 30, of West Salem, was charged with domestic violence. The charge, filed May 16 by the Ashland County Sheriff’s Office, was in connection to an incident authorities say happened April 5.
  • James D. Taylor, 55, of Ashland, was charged with aggravated vehicular homicide. The Ohio State Highway Patrol filed the charge May 28, and authorities say it was in connection to an incident that happened May 24.
  • Michael Vance, 62, of Crestline, was charged with possession of cocaine. An Ashland County grand jury filed the charge May 10. Authorities say it was in connection to an April 23 incident.
  • L’Keziah Walters, 32, of Detroit, Michigan, received one charge of having weapons while under disability. Walters also received a charge for carrying a concealed weapon. Both charges were filed May 16 by the Ashland Police Department. Authorities say the charges came in connection to incidents that happened May 14.
  • Draven Warters, 21, of Ashland, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs. The charge, filed by the Ashland Police Department May 31, was in connection to an incident authorities say happened May 30.
  • Michelle Willis, 47, of Ashland, received one charge of aggravated possession of drugs, and one charge for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a drug of abuse or a combination of them. An Ashland County grand jury filed the charges May 10. The charges were in connection to incidents authorities say happened April 29.
