Amazon 2 Day Shipping:Orders placed before 12:00 pm are usually dispatched the same day Mon-Sat. Orders after this threshold will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery takes 2 days, including Saturdays and Sundays. You will be given an estimated delivery date at checkout. This service is free for orders over £10, orders under £10 will be subject to a £2.50 delivery charge.
Amazon Next Day Shipping:Orders placed before 2:00 pm are dispatched the same day Mon-Sat. Orders after this threshold will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery will take place the next day, including Saturdays & Sundays. You will be given an estimated delivery date at checkout. This service is free for orders over £50. The charge for this service is £1.99 for orders between £10 - £49.99, and £3.99 for orders under £10.
DPD:Orders placed before 2:00 pm are dispatched the same day Mon-Fri. Orders after this threshold will be dispatched the next working day.Delivery is next day, excluding weekends. You will be given a date at checkout to confirm. The charge for this service is £4.99. DPD express delivery service includes door-to-door tracking, SMS alerts and a one-hour time slot for delivery so you know exactly when to expect your goodies.
International Delivery:Orders placed before 12:00 pm are dispatched the same day Mon-Fri. Orders after this threshold will be dispatched the next working day.Delivery usually takes 4-6 days. You will be given an estimated delivery date at checkout. This service is free for orders over £25/€30, orders under £25/€30 will be subject to a £3.50 delivery charge. We pre-pay all international custom charges on the behalf of our customers.
Eco-Friendly Packaging
We're proud to announce that our mailing bags are made from recycled polythene and are also recyclable, and our bubble wrap is made from recycled plastic and is completely recyclable.
Justmylook accepts no responsibility for transport delays or circ*mstances outside of our control causing late delivery. Delivery will be to the address advised in your order. We will only deliver to the address provided at checkout. If no one is available at the postal address provided at the time of delivery, a note will be left to advise you or we may deliver to a neighbour.
We do not allow collections.

Please note that Amazon currently classes perfumes, nail polishes, flammable liquids and aerosols as "hazardous materials" and will only accept a limited number of these per parcel.
If we are unable to send your parcel via Amazon, we will use an alternative delivery method.
