We’ve been racing to get our latest shipment from the south of France into the warehouse, and we’re pleased to let you know that 2023 Rosé Domaine de Triennes is back in and ready for delivery. When we offered this wine earlier in the year, the first shipment sold out immediately. That’s no surprise really: it’s a complete bargain. At £102 per case of 12 in bond it’s easily our best value rosé. And it’s got a great story behind it. Domaine de Triennes was started by two Burgundy greats: Aubert de Villaine of Domaine de la Romanée-Conti and Jacques Seysses of Domaine Dujac.Their Côte d’Or estates are known for some of the world’s most sought-after wines (and priced as such). But their Triennes rosé, always a reliably delicious option, comes in at a great price. They combine their Burgundian know-how with organically grown grapes from idyllic south-facing slopes north-east of Marseille to produce this delicious wine. It’s beautifully pale, with delicate red fruit aromas on the nose and crisp acidity. It's exactly the wine you'll want to enjoy over the coming months. Get some now before it sells out again. |
