- Extensively updated and maintained professionally, bottom cleaned monthly, shaft zinc every 6 months.
- Set up for living aboard, singlehanded sailing, cruising, and racing. Main cabin 6'3" standing head room.
- Sleeps 8 with dinette table lowered and bench set back raised and locked for upper and lower sleeping with lee cloths.

- Hunter-Douglass Duette blinds are removeable with snap buttons.
- Salt water toilet has selector valves for either discharge to 6 gallon holding tank or at sea only overboard discharge. Whale foot pump for galley sink that drains into the toilet bowl. Custom bulkhead and head door mirrors. Overhead Beckson stainless vent lets air out but no water in.
- Halyards lead aft to cabin top.
- Merriman stainless mechanical backstay adjuster.
- Custom 304 stainless masthead bale for dual spinnaker changes or spinnaker and blooper flyiing.

- 11 very good sails(2 mains, 2 3/4 ounce bloopers, half/quarter/1.2 ounce spinnakers, 175, 155, 135 reefs to 125, and 110 headsails with hanks). Mainsails have 4 tapered battens and 2 reef points, racing main also has flattening reef and foot shelf.
- Padded and Sunbrella covered co*ckpit lifelines.

- Aqua Signal tricolor masthead light plus standard USCG deck and steaming Nav lights with co*ckpit selector switch.
- Several winch handles for the Barient 22, stainless 2-speed primary winches, Barlow 16 secondary winches, mainsheet winch, and 4 mast winches(mainsail, headsail, and P/S spin/bloopers). Cam cleats on cabintop for Kevlar cunningham, traveler spin/blooper halyards, topping lift, and cabin side preventer/vang. Clam cleats for mainsheet, foreguy, and co*ckpit winches.
- Lever control in co*ckpit portside for keel trim tab control.
- Man overboard pole with flag, pony horseshoe buoy, automatic strobe light, 50' floating line, etc. plus USCG required Type 4 and personal PFDs.
- Danforth 12H anchoring with 15' chain and 200' Nylon rode.
- Whale Gusher hand pump built-in co*ckpit for emergency removal of water in bilge plus Rule automatic bilge pump in bilge. Secondary manual portable hand bilge pump.
- Tillermaster autopilot with custom mount to varnished H&L tiller and custom fiberglass recess mount to oar lock socket and 12V waterproof connector for power.
- Captain's varnished teak throughout. Custom H&L solid teak hatch boards, companionway teak, handrails, and all interior compartment teak(many H&L teak lockers and drawers added in addition to stock lockers).
- Nicro Fico foredeck removable air scoop with flush deck plate.
- Nav station hinged chart table has custom Lexan hinged top to cover paper charts(about a dozen, from SF to Panama) to use grease pencils for plotting and red lighting for night use.
- Spray dodgers for Nav station and Galley when underway if needed.
- Dry deep bilge.
- 50 gallons water in 2 tanks(custom tank under vberth added to original tank under port settee seat) with selector switch, mechanical screen filter, and replaceable activated charcoal filter.
- Long hose with spray nozzle for co*ckpit fresh water rinse off connects to galley Finspray spigot.
- Bottom paint removed and hull, keel, and rudder faired with WEST epoxy with 3M glass microballoons. All thru hull fittings are flush to hull for less drag. Signet knotmeter paddlewheel moved from port side hull to hull centerline 1.5' in front of keel.

- RED EYE was never beaten by another Coro30 in 4 years of racing DPYC Series races, Around Catalina races, DP around San Clemente Island to San Diego. Was first overall in 71 boat Seal Beach to Dana Point 1979 race. Raced 3 Newport to Ensenada races never worse that 8th in class(usually about 30 boats). Owner and 3 crewmembers for all races.
