Getting my A1C without blood work and my questions answered about Trulicity.

Dr. Arguello has turned my diabetes around. A1C is now 5.3-5.6 and I am doing so much better and healthier. Staff and nurses are extremely helpful.

Great Doctor

Dr. Arguello always always washes his hands for 30 secs minimum. He is very thorough and follows up after receipt of the bloodwork.

Quite efficient & pleasant staff, including the lab staff. Dr. Carlos Arguello cares for his patients. In a nice way, he encourages us to take the meds properly and quietly indicates that his treatment is dependent upon us doing our part. I am so glad I changed to UAB for ongoing hyperthyroidism treatment.

Everyone was very friendly and happy. The doctor was very nice and extremely proactive. He called me as soon as he looked over my lab results, only a few hours after leaving the clinic. I look forward to coming back!

Did not have to wait? Dr. Arguello was ready to see me and I was in and out of my visit in 30 minutes. In addition. my lab work only took 10 minutes as well. I have to drive over an hour, but it is worth it.

Once in the exam room, there was a 30 minute wait.

Appointment was for 9 a.m. didn't get to see doctor until 9:45. Then had to wait almost 45 minutes for lab.
